Terms of Use

These terms govern use of ScoreCardAI. By registering, requesting access, paying for a series or using the portal, the user confirms that these terms have been read and accepted.

Educational practice service only

ScoreCardAI provides practice questions, mock tests, scorecards and automated performance observations. It is not an examining authority, school, university, recruitment body, coaching guarantee, professional adviser or official source of any examination board.

Question banks and explanations are suggestive learning material. Users must independently verify official syllabi, notices, answer keys, eligibility rules, dates and examination instructions from the relevant authority.

No guarantee of marks, rank, selection or success

Registration, payment, access, test completion, scores, rankings, analysis or recommendations do not guarantee any examination result, board marks, rank, admission, employment, selection or other outcome.

Performance depends on the user's preparation, conduct and external examination conditions. ScoreCardAI is not responsible for an unsuccessful result or for decisions made solely from platform content.

Account responsibility and minors

Users must provide accurate information, protect their password and promptly report suspected unauthorised access. Sharing, selling or transferring an account is prohibited.

A user below the age of legal majority must use the service with the knowledge and permission of a parent or lawful guardian. The guardian is responsible for supervising the minor's use and payment decisions.

Access, availability and changes

Paid access starts after manual approval and ordinarily lasts for the validity displayed for that series. ScoreCardAI may correct errors, update content, reorganise series, perform maintenance, suspend misuse or discontinue features.

Reasonable efforts are made to keep the portal available and accurate, but uninterrupted access, error-free content, compatibility with every device and permanent availability are not promised.

Acceptable use and intellectual property

Users may use content only for personal study. Copying, scraping, recording, redistributing, publishing, reselling, reverse engineering, bypassing access controls or using content to create a competing question bank is prohibited.

ScoreCardAI may suspend or terminate accounts involved in abuse, fraud, security interference, unlawful activity or repeated violation of these terms, without extending access or granting a refund except where required by applicable law.

Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The service is supplied on an as-available educational-practice basis. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ScoreCardAI disclaims implied warranties and is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special or examination-result-related loss.

Where liability cannot legally be excluded, aggregate liability relating to a paid series will be limited, to the maximum extent permitted by law, to the amount actually paid by the affected user for that series. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or consumer rights that applicable law does not permit to be excluded.

Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Users should first contact support and allow a reasonable opportunity to investigate and resolve a concern.

Subject to mandatory consumer-protection jurisdiction and other non-waivable rights, disputes will be subject to the competent courts having jurisdiction in West Bengal, India.
