This policy explains the information ScoreCardAI uses to operate accounts, approve access, provide mock tests and produce performance reports.
Information collected
ScoreCardAI stores registration details such as name, email, WhatsApp number, age, state and district, together with Student ID, enrollments, purchase requests, access expiry, test attempts, selected answers, scores and performance statistics.
Support conversations and payment-verification information voluntarily sent through WhatsApp or email may be used to investigate requests and approve access.
Purpose and lawful use
Information is used to authenticate users, deliver purchased or free access, prevent abuse, maintain records, provide support, calculate scorecards and improve the learning service.
ScoreCardAI does not promise absolute security. Reasonable safeguards are used, including hashed passwords, access controls and restricted administrative functions.
Sharing and third-party services
Information is not sold as a standalone product. It may be processed by hosting, database, communication, analytics or payment-support providers only as reasonably needed to operate the service or comply with law.
WhatsApp, UPI applications, email providers and linked external websites operate under their own privacy terms. Users should avoid sending unnecessary sensitive information.
Retention and deletion
Account and transaction-related records may be retained while the account is active and for a reasonable period afterward for security, accounting, dispute handling and legal compliance.
Students can delete their account from the profile page after password verification. Certain transaction, fraud-prevention or legal records may still be retained where permitted or required by law.
User responsibilities and choices
Users should keep account details accurate and protect passwords. Account information can be reviewed in the profile area, and support can be contacted about correction, access or deletion concerns.
Use of the portal after a material policy update signifies acceptance of the updated policy, subject to any consent or notice required by applicable law.
